What you will do
- Develop Sales and Pipeline strategies to achieve new customer acquisition and ACV targets.
- Mentor, coach, and support Account Executives to improve new revenue acquisition and pipeline building.
- Assist Account Executives in closing opportunities and manage existing accounts for venue expansion.
- Report on sales activity and forecast, making recommendations for optimization and growth.
- Recruit, hire, and train new team members on the hirify.global sales process.
- Present new business growth opportunities, including analysis on new verticals and geographies.
Requirements
- Based in Austin, Texas, for a hybrid (3 days in office) role.
- Deep expertise in building B2B SaaS sales strategies and collaborative execution with other teams.
- 5+ years of Sales Leadership experience, ideally in a SaaS business, managing budgets and executing sales processes.
- Involved in scaling an organization from $20M to $100M+ in revenue.
- Track record of growing team capabilities, influencing decision-making, and delivering impact.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills to build strong relationships.
- Experience using CRM and productivity tools like Salesforce, Gong, and GSuite.
