Solution Sales Specialist (Medtech): Managing the sales process for hirify.global Lifelong, bringing solutions to new and existing customers in the life sciences and med tech, payor, and provider market segments with an accent on understanding customer needs and driving pricing and contracting. Focus on crafting compelling value propositions, uncovering and addressing customer needs, and securing contracts.
Location: Specifically targeting candidates in the Northeast, with a strong focus on New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Boston.
Salary: $121,000 - $172,000 + bonus + benefits.

What you will do
- Serve as the product-specific client-facing expert for hirify.global Lifelong.
- Develop and nurture collaborative relationships with customers and partners to drive impactful solutions.
- Spearhead strategic sales initiatives that drive revenue growth, from initial lead generation to successful deal closure.
- Collaborate closely with product and marketing teams by sharing valuable customer and partner feedback.
- Partner closely with Account Executives and cross-functionally across hirify.global to achieve individual and shared goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare or related fields.
- Deep understanding of drug development lifecycle for biopharma companies.
- 10+ years of relevant experience in Enterprise sales focused on research data platforms, SaaS, Real Word Data and scientific services specifically engaging biopharma R&D and Commercial teams.
- 3+ years selling real world data solutions to biopharma customers.
- Experience selling complex solutions and track record of driving significant revenue growth.
- Qualified applicants must not require employer sponsored work authorization now or in the future for employment in the United States.
