Lead ServiceNow SPM Developer (ServiceNow)

Location: Charlotte, NC, United States

Salary: $130,000–$135,000/year in Charlotte, NC, plus benefits.

What you will do

• Lead the design, development, implementation, customization, and enhancement of ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management solutions.
• Configure Demand Management, Project Portfolio Management, Resource Management, Agile Development, Strategic Planning, and Innovation Management modules.
• Translate business requirements into scalable ServiceNow solutions, including business rules, client scripts, workflows, Flow Designer solutions, UI policies, and catalog items.
• Design and maintain REST and SOAP integrations with enterprise applications such as Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, and Workday.
• Build dashboards, reports, KPIs, and executive-level portfolio management insights.
• Lead code reviews, technical design sessions, governance improvements, capacity planning, and resource allocation initiatives.

Requirements

• 10+ years of overall IT experience and 7+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
• Strong experience implementing and supporting ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management.
• Experience with JavaScript, Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, CMDB, data modeling, and ITSM and ITOM modules.
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Nice to have

• Experience integrating ServiceNow with Jira, Azure DevOps, SAP, Salesforce, or Workday.
• Experience with ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Reporting, App Engine Studio, or Automation Engine.
• Experience with ServiceNow AI capabilities, Predictive Intelligence, or GenAI features.
• Exposure to Azure or AWS and experience in banking, financial services, insurance, or healthcare.
