IT Business Process Administrator (ServiceNow)

What you will do

• Manage enterprise ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITAM, SPM, and AI/automation workstreams.
• Administer the platform, including instance health, upgrades, patches, governance, and troubleshooting.
• Design and develop business rules, client scripts, script includes, UI policies, ACLs, Flow Designer workflows, and Integration Hub spokes.
• Build third-party integrations using REST, SOAP, MID Servers, and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
• Develop and maintain software and web applications, including scalable and testable code.
• Work with customers on implementations, requirements validation, Scrum calls, and remote services.

Requirements

• 7+ years of enterprise technology experience, including at least 4 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration.
• At least 2 years of experience supporting legal or professional services environments.
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification is required; Certified Application Developer certification is strongly preferred.
• Experience with multiple ServiceNow product suites, including ITSM, ITAM, SPM, ITOM, GRC, or App Engine.
• Strong command of JavaScript, REST/SOAP integrations, and ServiceNow scripting APIs.
• Strong written and verbal communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with ServiceNow AI and automation capabilities such as Virtual Agent, Predictive Intelligence, or Now Assist.
