Salary: $141,750 - $173,250

What you will do

  • Act as a trusted advisor to sales leadership on commercial strategy and deal structure.
  • Lead and coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to develop commercially sound customer agreements.
  • Engage with customers to support negotiations and resolve complex commercial issues.
  • Partner with management to develop strategies that balance short-term revenue objectives with long-term business sustainability.
  • Drive consistency and best practices in deal execution, mitigating booking, revenue recognition, and compliance risk.
  • Identify systemic issues and commercial trends to provide actionable recommendations to senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and executive-level facilitation skills.
  • Advanced problem-solving capabilities and ability to simplify complex commercial and contractual issues.
  • Minimum of ten years of direct sales or equivalent deal leadership experience in enterprise accounts.
  • Deep expertise in contracts, pricing, and selling strategies, with a demonstrated ability to negotiate complex agreements.
  • Proven experience leading high-stakes customer situations and negotiations.
  • Strong financial acumen to evaluate deal economics and long-term value implications.
