State LE Account Executive (SaaS): Strategically selling hirify.global's AI-enabled SaaS platform to state-level law enforcement customers in the Western US with an accent on prospecting, qualifying, and closing high-value sales opportunities. Focus on senior-level presentations, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and serving as a trusted advisor to customers.

Location: Remote in a major West Coast metro area, ideally San Francisco

Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 Annually + Sales Commission + Benefits + Equity (if applicable) + Bonus (if applicable)

What you will do

  • Strategically assess, prioritize, and plan sales approaches to state-level law enforcement customers west of the Mississippi.
  • Meet and exceed sales goals through prospecting, qualifying, managing, and closing high-value sales opportunities.
  • Deliver senior-level presentations and demonstrations highlighting hirify.global’s advantages and features.
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams across deployment strategy, marketing, legal, and operations.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their technology roadmap and driving hirify.global’s solution.
  • Identify, develop, and document GTM best practices while holding a peer-leadership role within the sales organization.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of field sales experience in the enterprise software/SaaS space, with experience in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence in law enforcement/public safety.
  • A track record of selling SaaS subscriptions into net new complex state-level accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quota and strong customer references.
  • Experience with federal and state grant opportunities for state law enforcement agencies.
  • Ability and comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements with customers and supporting new customers through onboarding processes.
  • Excellent presentation, listening, organization, and contact management skills.
  • Located in a major West Coast metro area, ideally San Francisco.

Nice to have

  • State-level law enforcement career experience.
  • Familiarity with solution-based selling and experience managing a complex sales process from 0-to-1.
