Salary: $180,200 - $252,300 USD

What you will do

• Own end-to-end performance of vendor operations, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality metrics.
• Develop and execute strategies to scale vendor capacity, headcount, and tools to meet business needs.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for vendor partners, leading regular business reviews, QBRs, and critical escalations.
• Identify bottlenecks, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and implement best practices across vendor-supported workflows.
• Manage annual SOW renewals, track vendor budgets, manage invoicing processes, and ensure effective utilization of resources.
• Lead, mentor, and coach a team of FTE Vendor Operations Managers, fostering a high-performing and engaging work environment.

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in Operations or Vendor Management.
• 3+ years of experience directly managing a team of direct reports.
• Proven experience managing large-scale third-party vendor operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in data analysis and reporting (e.g., strong in SQL, advanced Excel/GSheets, or familiarity with BI tools like Tableau/Looker).
• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority projects simultaneously.
