Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv

What you will do

  • Manage paid acquisition on Google and Bing for two SaaS brands across multiple geographies and trial/paid funnels.
  • Handle a 7-figure annual spend, taking full ownership of planning, building, optimizing, and reporting.
  • Leverage AI-assisted tooling (Claude Code, OpenAI, Gemini) to operate ad-platforms and analytics APIs.
  • Own the end-to-end Google Ads process including structure, bids, RSAs, keywords, and ROAS.
  • Ensure measurement integrity across GA4, Mixpanel, Impact, and Tableau.
  • Develop daily dashboards and deliver monthly executive reports.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience running paid search at scale with 7-figure budgets.
  • Fluent daily use of AI agents (Claude Code, ChatGPT, Cursor, or equivalent) is a hard requirement.
  • Experience shipping changes via the Google Ads API (not just the UI).
  • Proven track record working with SaaS products and trial-to-paid economics.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets and AppScript.
  • Must be available for a hybrid work arrangement in Tel Aviv.

Nice to have

  • SQL proficiency.
  • Experience within the Shopify or dropshipping ecosystem.
  • Experience with Reddit and YouTube Ads.
  • Knowledge of GeoLift incrementality testing and affiliate/SubID attribution.
