What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer engagements for AI security solution implementation.
• Provide technical leadership in deploying and configuring AI Security solutions for data flows, APIs, and model interactions.
• Design secure AI architectures and establish governance frameworks aligned with standards like NIST AI RMF and ISO/IEC 42001.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on AI and LLM security for Cato’s customer base.
• Contribute to internal knowledge sharing, solution playbooks, and enablement materials.
• Collaborate with product, support, and engineering teams to influence roadmap priorities based on customer needs.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity, risk management, and/or application development security.
• 5+ years of experience in a customer-facing role (e.g., consulting, professional services, pre-sales) for a high-tech software vendor.
• Proven track record leading enterprise consulting or professional services engagements.
• Exposure to unique threat landscapes for AI and LLMs, including prompt injection, data poisoning, and model inversion.
• Proficiency in RESTful API design and security (OAuth2, JWT, API Gateway).
• Experience with AI agents, tool-calling frameworks, and orchestration.
• Familiarity with data protection regulations and AI Security frameworks (e.g., GDPR, OWASP Top 10 for LLMs).
• Solid command of the English language (written and spoken).
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time for customer on-site and company meetings.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI system architectures, data pipelines, and MLOps.
• Experience implementing AI-specific application security controls (e.g., guardrails, filters, AI red teaming).
• Hands-on experience with public cloud AI/ML application frameworks (e.g., AWS SageMaker, Azure AI Foundry).
• Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, LangChain).
• Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, Python).
• Industry accredited security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CCSK, CISM) and AI security-specific credentials.
• Coding experience in Go, TypeScript, or Java.
