What you will do

• Lead the technical side of strategic pursuits, owning the workstream for high-impact customer pilots and presentations.
• Develop and maintain Python-based pipelines to ingest, clean, and analyze heterogeneous sensor and navigation logs.
• Convert raw performance data, bias drifts, and RMSE metrics into concise narratives for operators and senior executives.
• Partner with product and R&D teams to translate field observations into well-structured, testable requirements.
• Lead field integration of AQNav with mission computers, flight controllers, and onboard sensors on DoD platforms.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 3+ years of experience in aerospace, defense, or autonomous systems with hands-on hybrid software/hardware integration.
• Strong proficiency in Python for data analysis, signal processing, and visualization.
• Solid understanding of Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) principles and Alt-PNT approaches.
• B.S. in Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Willing and able to travel up to 30% for tests, integrations, and customer engagements.

Nice to have

• M.S. or Ph.D. specializing in guidance and navigation controls.
• Experience with Kalman filtering, sensor fusion, and estimation techniques.
• Familiarity with DoD requirements and standards relevant to software and navigation certification.
• Eligibility to obtain a U.S. security clearance.
