What you will do

• Evaluate and select appropriate AI models based on business needs and technical requirements.
• Design and build evaluation frameworks and configure observability platforms for AI performance monitoring.
• Collaborate with the data science team to fine-tune AI models for optimal product performance.
• Develop and maintain AI-powered application features using Python.
• Test and validate AI model performance in real-world scenarios and troubleshoot issues.
• Work directly with the CTO and engineering team to evolve the platform and products.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in software development, including successful production applications in modern web frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of AI models, agent SDKs, agent harnesses, and fine-tuning techniques.
• Strong engineering fundamentals with various back-end technologies.
• Ability to design features focusing on data model accuracy, security, and performance.
• Must be based in the USA; unable to sponsor work visas.
