What you will do
- Own client renewals, retention, and net retention targets for your customers within larger groups.
- Serve as your customers’ main point of contact and trusted advisor at hirify.global.
- Drive feature adoption by building shared Success Plans, providing strategic guidance, and day-to-day advice.
- Proactively analyze customer product usage to identify opportunities and risks to account health.
- Solicit and synthesize customer product feedback to contribute to product development.
- Coordinate with other hirify.global teams including Technical Support and Industry Solutions to ensure seamless customer support.
Requirements
- Client-facing experience with the intention to progress your career in customer success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage projects and tasks to completion and take initiative.
- Interest and eagerness to learn about both technical and marketing concepts.
- Known as a team player and problem solver, not afraid to tackle technical problems.
- 3-6 years relevant experience in areas such as Onboarding, Customer Success, Implementations, or Project Management.
