Head Of Growth, EMEA (Fintech): Driving the growth of the company's OTC business across TradFi, cross-border payments, and crypto-native institutions in the EMEA region with an accent on strategic deal execution and senior relationship ownership. Location: Remote-first
Salary: $200k annual base + 15% performance-based bonus on successfully closed deals

What you will do
- Grow institutional OTC revenue across banks, payment providers, OTC desks, brokers, hedge funds, and proprietary trading firms.
- Originate, structure, and close complex, high-value institutional partnerships.
- Develop senior relationships with TradFi institutions preparing to enter digital assets.
- Act as a trusted counterpart, providing market context and structuring input to support client growth.
- Coordinate onboarding and account setup with compliance and internal teams.
Requirements
- Proven track record of closing complex institutional partnerships.
- Demonstrated ability to originate, lead, and scale Tier-1 institutional partnerships (banks, prime brokers, major exchanges, large trading firms).
- Experience building relationships with TradFi institutions entering digital assets.
- Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, high-stakes trading environments.
- Fluent English
Nice to have
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (MiCA, MAS, SEC).
- Network in cross-border payments, remittances.
- Understanding of market microstructure, execution, and liquidity venues.
