What you will do
- Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and weekly activity metrics.
- Develop and maintain expert knowledge of the complete product portfolio and competitive solutions.
- Implement strategic sales initiatives, qualify and prioritize sales leads with strategic potential.
- Handle complex inbound and outbound sales inquiries, engaging Solutions Design for pre-sales support.
- Develop and present comprehensive sales quotes and proposals, applying sales processes to close sales.
- Resolve highly complex customer issues, collaborate with departments for large-scale orders, and build ongoing customer relationships.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college/university OR equivalent relevant sales experience.
- Minimum 5+ years of B2B or B2G commissioned sales experience selling intangible products (Technical, software/SaaS, or digital content).
- Demonstrated experience with a consultative sales approach, including developing prospect lists and making presentations.
- Proficiency using online presentation tools (MS Teams, WebEx, ZoomInfo etc.).
- Advanced proficiency with CRM tools and exceptional organization.
- Strategic customer service orientation, strategic sales techniques, high-level professional communication skills, and strong analytical data interpretation.
