What you will do
- Identify, prospect, and engage new logo opportunities across the German market.
- Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through disciplined territory planning and outreach.
- Conduct effective discovery meetings to understand customer needs in CX, AI, and cloud transformation.
- Present hirify.global solutions and articulate the value proposition to technical and business stakeholders.
- Support the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through proposal development and contract negotiation.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and partners, to drive successful engagements.
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in software, SaaS, or cloud technology.
- Solid understanding of the Customer Experience (CX) landscape, contact center technologies, and AI-driven customer engagement.
- Demonstrated experience in proactive outreach, cold acquisition, and new business development.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Native or near-native German language skills required.
- Fluent English (both written and spoken) required.

- Previous experience selling CX, CCaaS, AI, or customer engagement technologies.
- Experience working in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment.
