What you will do

  • Identify, prospect, and engage new logo opportunities across the German market.
  • Develop and manage a healthy sales pipeline through disciplined territory planning and outreach.
  • Conduct effective discovery meetings to understand customer needs in CX, AI, and cloud transformation.
  • Present hirify.global solutions and articulate the value proposition to technical and business stakeholders.
  • Support the full sales cycle, from initial engagement through proposal development and contract negotiation.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including pre-sales, marketing, and partners, to drive successful engagements.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in B2B sales, ideally in software, SaaS, or cloud technology.
  • Solid understanding of the Customer Experience (CX) landscape, contact center technologies, and AI-driven customer engagement.
  • Demonstrated experience in proactive outreach, cold acquisition, and new business development.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Native or near-native German language skills required.
  • Fluent English (both written and spoken) required.

Nice to have

  • Previous experience selling CX, CCaaS, AI, or customer engagement technologies.
  • Experience working in a structured, metrics-driven sales environment.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
