What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent high-impact projects and programs across technical, commercial, and operational functions.
• Establish and evolve PMO governance, documentation, and delivery frameworks to enable efficient execution.
• Partner with senior leadership to provide strategic advice and evidence-based recommendations for board-level decisions.
• Proactively manage risks and implement pragmatic mitigation strategies for complex deliverables.
• Monitor performance via KPIs and executive reporting to provide clear visual narratives for leadership.
• Contribute to the maturity of PMO standards, tools, and general ways of working.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional projects in fast-paced international environments.
• Project Management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent).
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and contribute to portfolio planning and governance.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with experience leading in matrix environments.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Consultancy experience in digital marketing or e-commerce.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI technologies.
• Experience with project management tools such as Asana.
