What you will do

• Guide strategy and planning across multiple clients ensuring strong strategic thinking from brief through delivery
• Collaborate closely with Account, Business Development, Production, and Creative teams to shape strategy and execution
• Serve as a senior strategic partner to clients guiding brand, communications, and go-to-market direction
• Translate complex business needs into clear creative briefs that unlock great work
• Support new business efforts through strategic framing, positioning, and pitch development
• Contribute to agency thought leadership and mentor strategists and planners

Requirements

• Must have 8 to 12+ years of strategy or planning experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Proven ability to guide strategy across multiple clients and workstreams
• Experience working across creative, account, and production teams
• Strong presentation, storytelling, and client-facing communication skills
• Track record of turning insights into actionable strategy and creative direction

Nice to have

• Experience with gaming, entertainment, or youth-driven audiences
• Familiarity with gaming culture, platforms, and communities
• Experience contributing to agency POVs, thought leadership, or industry visibility
