What you will do
- Own a named account list and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract close.
- Lead product demonstrations and executive meetings that connect legal pain points to clear business outcomes.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with legal buyers across all seniority levels.
- Work cross-functionally with product, customer success, and marketing to shape messaging.
- Help evolve the sales playbook by capturing learnings and identifying scalable strategies.
- Represent vLex at industry events and conferences to build thought leadership and visibility.
Requirements
- At least 6-10 years of experience exceeding quota in B2B SaaS sales, ideally in legaltech.
- Proven consultative selling skills, translating product features into customer impact.
- Experience running complex, multi-threaded deals with diverse stakeholders.
- High proficiency with CRM tools and sales metrics.
- Willingness to travel to client meetings and events as needed.
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills.
