What you will do

  • Generate and convert qualified pipeline across assigned US territory for net-new enterprise clients
  • Own the entire sales process from outreach to signed contract, including procurement and legal navigation
  • Engage and influence senior HR and IT executives with tailored discovery and ROI-driven solutions
  • Reframe customer thinking, build urgency, and drive consensus across buying teams
  • Develop and execute quarterly territory plans with measurable KPIs and revenue goals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, presales, marketing, legal, and value engineering teams

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States or able to work remotely within the US
  • English proficiency at least B2 level
  • Proven success in complex enterprise sales and pipeline creation
  • Strong executive communication and strategic selling skills
  • Experience navigating procurement, compliance, and legal processes
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment
