Salary: $181,600–$272,400 CAD annually, plus variable pay based on company performance.

What you will do

• Deep dive into technology and code to guide the team and understand possibilities.

Requirements

• Experienced engineering leader comfortable with coding when necessary.
• Background in FinTech, with direct experience in billing, invoicing, or expense management systems.
• Adept at making critical technical decisions and ensuring long-term system health.
• Proven track record in scaling services and systems.
• Experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Experienced in crafting long-term strategies and technical roadmaps.
• Successful in running agile organizations at scale with a focus on quality delivery.
