What you will do

• Own all Salesforce administration, configuration, and platform evolution to support a growing revenue organization.
• Design and govern scalable Salesforce data models ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy across multiple departments.
• Lead advanced automation strategies using Salesforce Flow and approval processes to balance scalability and maintainability.
• Manage RevTech integrations including Pardot/Marketo, NetSuite, Celigo, and others.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business strategy into scalable Salesforce solutions and improve workflows.
• Drive Salesforce governance, change management, and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Must have 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience supporting complex organizations.
• Must be located in or able to work remotely within the United States.
• Advanced Salesforce expertise with preferred Advanced Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
• Experience managing Salesforce to NetSuite integrations, ideally using Celigo.
• Strong skills in designing and maintaining complex Flow-based automation and approval processes.
• Excellent communication skills for documentation and stakeholder influence.
