What you will do
- Own all Salesforce administration, configuration, and platform evolution to support a growing revenue organization.
- Design and govern scalable Salesforce data models ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy across multiple departments.
- Lead advanced automation strategies using Salesforce Flow and approval processes to balance scalability and maintainability.
- Manage RevTech integrations including Pardot/Marketo, NetSuite, Celigo, and others.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to translate business strategy into scalable Salesforce solutions and improve workflows.
- Drive Salesforce governance, change management, and stakeholder communication.
Requirements
- Must have 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce administration experience supporting complex organizations.
- Must be located in or able to work remotely within the United States.
- Advanced Salesforce expertise with preferred Advanced Administrator certification or equivalent experience.
- Experience managing Salesforce to NetSuite integrations, ideally using Celigo.
- Strong skills in designing and maintaining complex Flow-based automation and approval processes.
- Excellent communication skills for documentation and stakeholder influence.
