Compensation: $104,000 - $130,000 CAD

What you will do

• Own day-to-day Salesforce administration, including break-fix triage, user support, and configuration changes.
• Lead project work for new feature builds, automation development, and managed package management (DealHub, Rocketlane, Gong, HubSpot).
• Monitor and enforce data integrity to reduce quality gaps impacting downstream reporting.
• Read, debug, and refactor existing Apex triggers and classes to resolve governor limit risks.
• Establish and maintain formal release and change management processes for all deployments.
• Collaborate with RevOps, Sales, and CX stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce Administrator experience in complex production environments.
• Must be based in Canhirify.global.
• Proven ability to read, debug, and refactor Apex code independently.
• Experience managing multiple managed packages in production and troubleshooting integration conflicts.
• Strong command of Flow Builder and automation troubleshooting across Flows and triggers.
• Salesforce Platform App Builder or Advanced Admin certification (or equivalent expertise).

Nice to have

• Experience with CPQ tools, specifically DealHub or similar.
