TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Manchester, United Kingdom with a preference for candidates based in the UK.

Salary: £25,000–£30,000 plus uncapped commission (OTE £45k–£50k)

What you will do

  • Support sales, customer success, and marketing teams to identify and engage new business opportunities.
  • Conduct outbound calls, craft compelling emails, and connect with prospects on various platforms.
  • Develop and nurture a pipeline of self-generated client prospects.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high performance and excellent customer experience.
  • Immerse in the product to effectively communicate its value to potential clients.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in or near Manchester, UK, with hybrid work format.
  • Previous outbound B2B sales experience with proven track record of meeting monthly KPIs.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and tenacious with strong communication skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and confidently engage potential clients via phone and email.
  • English: Proficient English required (B2 level or higher).

Nice to have

  • Experience in PropTech or real estate industry sales.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales pipeline management.
