Salary: £26,938 to £28,609 plus up to £2,000 performance bonus.

What you will do
- Ensure all details on applications are honest and accurate.
- Perform checks on applicants’ details to confirm accuracy.
- Update details and advise customers on any changes in premium price.
- Assist clients in providing vital information.
- Promote bespoke packages relating to client needs.
- Provide excellent customer service at all times.
Requirements
- Location: Liverpool, Hybrid.
- Visa: At least one year remaining on Graduate or Post-Study Work visa; no sponsorship.
- Customer service experience in a target-driven role.
- Able to understand bespoke systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Warm, personable phone manner.
- Patient, empathetic, with meticulous attention to detail.
- Target-driven and motivated.
