Salary: £26,938 to £28,609 plus up to £2,000 performance bonus.

What you will do

• Ensure all details on applications are honest and accurate.
• Perform checks on applicants’ details to confirm accuracy.
• Update details and advise customers on any changes in premium price.
• Assist clients in providing vital information.
• Promote bespoke packages relating to client needs.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements

• Location: Liverpool, Hybrid.

• Customer service experience in a target-driven role.
• Able to understand bespoke systems and proficient in Microsoft Office.
