What you will do

• Build and own nationwide R&D talent strategy with focus on Boston market and technical communities
• Partner with leaders to translate goals into hiring plans and improve recruiting processes
• Lead full-cycle recruiting for product, engineering, data, and AI roles including senior positions
• Coach hiring managers and mentor recruiting team members
• Represent hirify.global externally at events and universities in Boston area
• Use recruiting metrics and AI tools to improve hiring outcomes and data integrity

Requirements

• Must be located in or near Boston, MA with hybrid work setup
• 8+ years full-cycle recruiting experience focused on product, engineering, data, and AI roles
• 2+ years leading or mentoring recruiters
• Proven success hiring senior-level technical talent in competitive markets
• Experience with ATS systems like Greenhouse and recruiting technologies
• English proficiency at least B2 level
