What you will do

• Lead and develop the IT team.
• Define and implement IT strategy aligned with company goals.
• Oversee support for Microsoft 365, Active Directory, networking, VPN, and Windows/Linux server environments.
• Maintain and improve server infrastructure, storage, virtualization platforms, and hybrid environments.
• Strengthen cybersecurity and incident response, ensuring NIS2 compliance.
• Drive digitalization of enterprise systems (PLM, ERP) and support integration and automation.

Requirements

• A degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years of IT operations or systems administration experience with proven leadership.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory (on-prem & hybrid), Azure cloud services, Layer 2/3 networking, VPNs, and Proxmox virtualization.
• Experience with NIS2 compliance and digitalization projects (PLM/ERP preferred).
• Fluent English and structured, independent working style.
• Regular travel to the UK is mandatory.
