What you will do
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers in the DACH market.
- Develop personalized sales strategies including cross-selling, up-selling, and churn management.
- Provide prompt and tailored after-sales support and proactive communication.
- Educate clients on new products and features aligned with their needs.
- Serve as the main contact between customers and internal teams, providing valuable feedback.
- Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships.
Requirements
- Native German and fluent English.
- Customer-focused experience in support or satisfaction roles.
- Confident using CRM tools and proactive communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
