What you will do

• Manage end-to-end project workflows ensuring clarity on deliverables, responsibilities, and timelines
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration between campaign managers, analysts, and clients
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks early, and proactively drive solutions
• Translate briefs and strategic goals into structured action plans and assign tasks
• Prepare clear status updates, timelines, and documentation for stakeholders
• Continuously improve processes, tools, and team workflows to increase efficiency and quality

Requirements

• Location: Based in or able to work from Hamburg, Germany
• 2–4 years experience in project management, account management, or digital marketing, ideally in an agency
• Understanding of digital advertising basics, preferably Amazon
• Strong communication and leadership skills to align stakeholders and moderate discussions
• Proficiency with project management tools (Asana, Monday, Notion, Jira), Excel/Sheets, and PowerPoint
• English fluency required; German is a plus
