What you will do

• Lead customer interactions and represent the company throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage and guide project organizations and multi-location project teams.

• Handle contract management, change management, and cost estimation.
• Execute risk management and internal/external reporting.
• Support the sales phase by assessing deliverability and ensuring realistic contractual commitments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical field.
• 4-7 years of experience in project execution within the Pulp or Energy industry.
• Mandatory fluency in spoken and written English and German.
• Experience leading multicultural and multi-location project teams.
• Proven commercial negotiation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel across Europe and globally.
