What you will do

• Manage projects independently from business case evaluation and requirements definition to design, implementation, and management
• Continuously optimize partner models like Fulfillment by hirify.global and associated processes
• Support introduction of new business models and scale them into new markets
• Identify bottlenecks such as reporting discrepancies and develop scalable solutions with tech and logistics teams

Requirements

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German
• Bachelor’s degree with above-average grades, ideally in business-related field
• 2–3 years professional experience in project management, ideally in e-commerce, consulting, or digital environment
• Strong analytical skills, entrepreneurial thinking, and creativity in solutions
• Strong interest in data and technical interfaces
• Strong personality and enjoyment of dynamic environment
