What you will do

• Execute capital projects according to contract, ensuring they are within scope, time, budget, and quality.
• Drive project activities and development needs for the Project Centre Mid Europe.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering, Automation, and Supply Chain.
• Implement innovations in process optimization, sustainability, and product quality.
• Manage a wide internal and external network within a global matrix organization to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 5-10 years of experience in Project Management, preferably within the food processing industry or similar technology/engineering fields.
• Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken).
• BSc/MSc in Engineering (strong merit).
• PMI certification and experience with waterfall project methodology (strong merit).
• Proven ability in stakeholder management, analytical planning, and navigating matrix organizations.
