What you will do

• Support the planning, control, and implementation of global market launches for new products.
• Take responsibility for specific project subtasks and report status during team meetings.
• Coordinate project workshops and meetings and handle all corresponding documentation.
• Create management status reports in collaboration with project managers.
• Assist in the establishment of project management standards and tools.
• Manage and implement changes in the IT systems used for project management.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or International Management with a focus on marketing or sales.
• Practical experience in industry, consulting, or project management.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills with proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Good command of written and spoken German and English.
• Valid German driver's license for business travel.
• Must be available to work onsite in Bayreuth.
