What you will do

• Conduct in-depth market research to assess demand, competition, and barriers to entry in the Middle East region.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, tax, and sales teams to align market development with technical and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain a network of public and private sector stakeholders to support Starlink’s growth.
• Develop a pipeline of commercial opportunities for the Enterprise Sales team to convert into revenue.
• Ensure compliance with administrative regulations and address regulatory matters promptly.
• Support strategic connectivity initiatives with high-impact customers such as schools and hospitals.

Requirements

• Must be onsite in Redmond, WA or Bastrop, TX, United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, international relations, business, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs in telecommunications, satellite, or technology sectors.
• U.S. citizenship or lawful permanent resident status required due to ITAR regulations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages such as French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
