What you will do

• Lead regional execution of commercial and GTM plans across the AMR region.
• Manage launch and activation readiness by tracking milestones, dependencies, and risks.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Product, Marketing, Sales, and Supply Chain.
• Ensure visibility into execution progress, identifying gaps and issues impacting delivery.
• Support consistency in retail, channel, and partner execution.
• Measure performance and provide feedback to improve future rollout effectiveness.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in GTM, commercial execution, program management, or business operations.
• Proven experience leading cross-functional initiatives in a matrixed organization.
• Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
• Clear communication skills with the ability to work across regional and business group teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Operations, Analytics, or equivalent experience.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.
