What you will do
- Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, and barriers to entry in the Middle East.
- Collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, and sales teams to align market development with product and compliance requirements.
- Build and maintain a network of public and private sector stakeholders to support Starlink's growth.
- Develop a pipeline of commercial opportunities for enterprise sales and manage regulatory compliance.
- Identify and close strategic connectivity deals with high-impact customers like schools and hospitals.
- Monitor geopolitical and regulatory risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure business continuity.
Requirements
- Must be onsite in Bastrop, TX or Redmond, WA, United States.
- Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to comply with ITAR regulations.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, international relations, business, or related field.
- 3+ years experience in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs in telecommunications, satellite, or technology sectors.
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
- Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are preferred.
Nice to have
- 5+ years experience in relevant fields.
- Experience with global spectrum management, international trade, or business operations.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence senior policy decisions.
- Analytical skills in market modeling, financial forecasting, and competitive intelligence.
