TL;DR

Location: Hybrid work arrangement with offices in Raleigh, New York City, Austin, and San Francisco Bay Area, must be based in the United States.

Salary: $140,000–$160,000 OTE including salary and variables.

What you will do

  • Manage a territory focused on publicly owned utilities and build a pipeline of new opportunities.
  • Prospect and acquire new logos within assigned territory.
  • Understand and map large, complex accounts with multiple lines of business.
  • Navigate municipal procurement channels, intergovernmental agreements, and utility board review processes.
  • Forecast and achieve quarterly/annual target quotas.
  • Build relationships with existing partners, focusing on large system integrators.
  • Present hirify.global solutions using a value-selling approach.

Requirements

  • Must have 5+ years of quota-carrying SaaS enterprise sales experience selling to municipal governments or publicly owned utilities.
  • Proven success managing complex procurements involving elected officials and utility boards.
  • Strong familiarity with municipal procurement practices and utility governance structures.
  • Ability to lead consultative sales cycles and craft compelling business and technical justifications.
  • Proven track record navigating complex organizations at the executive level.
  • Must be based in the United States.
