What you will do

• Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, and barriers to entry.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, and sales teams to align market development with technical and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with public and private sector stakeholders to support market growth.
• Develop a pipeline of commercial opportunities for revenue generation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and manage administrative license requirements.
• Support strategic connectivity initiatives with high-impact customers and coordinate delivery with internal teams.

Requirements

• Must be onsite in Redmond, WA or Bastrop, TX, United States.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, international relations, business, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs in telecommunications, satellite, or technology sectors.
• U.S. citizenship, permanent residency, refugee, or asylee status required due to ITAR regulations.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are preferred.
