TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Foster City, CA, United States

Salary: $173,000 - $207,997 per year (base salary range)

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic thought partner and advisor for business leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, talent practices, compensation, employee relations, and learning and development.
  • Lead organizational transformations aligned with business strategy to drive change and transition management.
  • Facilitate and drive people experience programs including onboarding, performance management, high-potential development nominations, compensation planning, engagement survey action planning, and recognition programs.
  • Manage projects effectively, meeting deadlines and coordinating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

  • Must have 8+ years of experience as a People Partner/HRBP.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, consulting, teamwork, and influencing skills.
  • Experience building relationships with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of compensation strategies including equity packages.
  • Organizational design and development experience.
  • Ability to manage change and projects effectively.

Nice to have

  • Experience in centers of excellence outside of people partner domain expertise.
  • Business acumen and comfort with ambiguity.
  • Systems thinking and effective partnership with legal, finance, and communications.
  • Understanding of industry best HR practices.
