What you will do

• Conduct market research to assess demand, competition, and barriers to entry.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, legal, and sales teams to align market development with technical and compliance requirements.
• Build and maintain relationships with public and private sector stakeholders to promote Starlink growth.
• Develop a pipeline of commercial opportunities for revenue generation.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and address administrative requirements timely.
• Support strategic connectivity initiatives and monitor geopolitical and regulatory risks.

Requirements

• Must be onsite in Bastrop, TX or Redmond, WA, United States.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee to meet ITAR requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, international relations, business, or related field.
• 3+ years experience in market access, business development, or regulatory affairs in telecommunications, satellite, or technology sectors.
• Fluency in English; additional languages such as French, Portuguese, Arabic, Russian, or Spanish are a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.

• 5+ years experience in relevant fields.
• Experience with global spectrum management, international trade, or business operations.
• Strong negotiation and policy influence skills.
