What you will do

  • Develop and implement sales strategies targeting federal government agencies.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities within federal entities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring sales targets are met.
  • Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competitive landscape.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline development.

Requirements

  • Must have 10+ years sales experience with at least 5 years in federal sales.
  • Proven success in securing government contracts and understanding government regulations.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Passion for transforming the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with entrepreneurial drive.
