Salary: $160,000 - $200,000

What you will do
- Develop and implement sales strategies targeting federal government agencies.
- Identify and prioritize opportunities within federal entities and build relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract closure, ensuring sales targets are met.
- Represent the company at industry events and collaborate with marketing on targeted campaigns.
- Conduct market research to stay informed on trends and competitive landscape.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and pipeline development.
Requirements
- Must have 10+ years sales experience with at least 5 years in federal sales.
- Proven success in securing government contracts and understanding government regulations.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to collaborate with senior executives and cross-functional teams.
- Passion for transforming the U.S. healthcare system, especially mental health.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with entrepreneurial drive.
