What you will do
- Own and execute outbound campaign strategies to drive meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
- Coordinate outbound efforts across sales, marketing, and business development teams.
- Create target lists, assets, and plays to convert interest into pipeline.
- Optimize outbound performance through testing and data analysis.
- Leverage AI-powered workflows and buying signals to personalize messaging and identify high-propensity accounts.
- Manage outbound tools and collaborate cross-functionally to align efforts and drive revenue.
Requirements
- Location: Must be able to work hybrid with presence in San Francisco office at least twice a week
- 5+ years B2B go-to-market experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Proven track record in building scalable outbound programs.
- Experience with GTM systems like Salesforce, Marketo, Outreach, Gong, and AI signal-based tools.
- Strong copywriting and A/B testing skills for outbound messaging.
- Data analysis skills to optimize campaign performance.
