What you will do
- Build, nurture, and elevate relationships with senior automotive stakeholders as a strategic partner and trusted advisor.
- Own the commercial performance of your automotive account portfolio, including forecasting, revenue management, and long-term planning.
- Identify and pursue new growth opportunities, leading and influencing new business proposals and win strategies.
- Lead account strategy planning, defining priorities and aligning cross-functional teams to a shared roadmap.
- Collaborate with strategy, design, technology, data, and engineering teams to craft impactful solutions.
- Partner closely with delivery leads to ensure high-quality execution and client satisfaction across all engagements.
Requirements
- Must be based in the UK.
- Extensive experience (10+ years) in senior client relationship roles within digital consultancies, agencies, or transformation organizations, operating at C-suite and enterprise level.
- Strong track record working with automotive clients (OEMs, mobility providers, dealers, or Tier-1 suppliers) delivering digital, commerce, or transformation initiatives.
- Experience managing multi-million revenue portfolios and leading account planning, forecasting, and account development.
- Proven ability to develop deep, trust-based relationships with senior client stakeholders and navigate complex organizations.
- Strong commercial acumen, capable of shaping value-driven proposals and negotiating strategic engagements.
- Understanding of industry trends, mobility disruptions, digital platforms, and emerging technologies in the automotive landscape.
