What you will do

  • Deliver revenue by acquiring mid-market customers and owning the entire sales cycle through close.
  • Create and close sales opportunities within assigned territories.
  • Deploy multi-channel outbound prospecting strategies to generate pipeline.
  • Engage prospects to uncover challenges and demonstrate the value of hirify.global’s HCM solutions.
  • Conduct product demos including payroll and other HCM offerings.
  • Leverage value-based selling to provide tailored insights and demonstrate ROI.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in Atlanta, Charlotte, Plano, or San Diego.
  • 2+ years of new logo B2B SaaS sales experience in a full-cycle hunter role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding quota in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with mid-market companies and HR functions preferred.
  • High business acumen with Payroll or HCM knowledge preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
