What you will do
- Develop and execute strategies to grow presence in Italy
- Engage and qualify prospects with support from SDR team
- Deliver tailored product demos addressing specific partner needs
- Guide prospects through decision process with consultative sales approach
- Represent hirify.global at local events and industry gatherings
- Maintain CRM records and collaborate with internal teams for customer success
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in Rome, Italy
- Native Italian speaker with strong English communication skills
- 4+ years of B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS or digital products
- Proven track record of converting qualified opportunities into new business
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred)
- Proactive, organized, and collaborative mindset
