• Lead, inspire, and develop a local sales team
• Manage pipeline and revenue forecast for the Italian market
• Deliver demos and guide prospects through consultative sales
• Represent hirify.global at events and build partnerships across Italy
• Collaborate with HQ teams and support hiring and onboarding

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in Rome, Italy
• Native Italian speaker with strong English skills
• B2B sales or business development experience, ideally in SaaS or digital products
• Experience leading or mentoring teams
• Proven success in converting opportunities into long-term customers
• Strategic thinker and relationship builder with proactive and organized work style
