What you will do

• Establish and maintain structured information flow to capture market developments and competitor activities.
• Build and regularly update detailed competitor analysis per product line.
• Implement KPI dashboards to monitor commercial team performance.
• Develop reporting cycles for consistent and accurate data delivery.
• Conduct detailed ad-hoc analysis of commercial data for the management team.
• Support strategic projects, including new market entry, partnerships, and M&A related initiatives.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant professional experience in commercial strategy, business intelligence, or consulting.
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities, with proven ability to design and implement structured processes for data and intelligence flow.
• Familiarity with market research and competitor analysis methodologies.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• English: B2 required

• Experience in KPI dashboarding.
• Experience with BI tools, SQL, and CRM systems.
