Location: Hybrid setup: after 3 months in-office, work 2 days remote, 3 days in-office weekly. This role requires candidates to be based near one of the offices in Amsterdam, Istanbul, or Sofia to facilitate the hybrid model. What you will do

• Build and own a unified measurement framework to track full-funnel media effectiveness, creating a single source of truth for growth.
• Drive the Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) initiative end-to-end using Python to quantify the incremental impact of marketing spend.
• Run the A/B testing program, planning and interpreting large-scale experiments to generate continuous, actionable insights.
• Translate complex analytics, including causal inference, into clear and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.

Requirements

• Deep, hands-on experience in Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM) and data analysis using SQL and Python.
• Mastery of experimental design with a proven track record of running large-scale A/B and incrementality tests.
• Ability to translate complex analytics (like causal inference) into clear, actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of the modern marketing data stack and its components (e.g., GA4, Adjust, Redshift).
• Fluent in English.
• Must be able to work from an office in Amsterdam, Istanbul, or Sofia with a hybrid model (3 days in-office, 2 days remote after an initial 3 months).
