What you will do
- Create and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
- Execute full business development and sales cycles from presentation to deal closing.
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with key clients, including negotiating and closing major contracts.
- Provide strategic market input and detailed regional plans for AI solution penetration.
- Collaborate with product teams to provide market feedback and maintain a qualified sales pipeline.
- Work closely with leadership to develop sales plans and report on regional sales activities.
Requirements
- Must be located in Australia, preferably Sydney, with ability to travel frequently (up to 50%) within the region.
- 5-10 years experience selling SaaS solutions in complex or consultative sales environments.
- Experience selling to public sector, healthcare networks, or radiology services is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of procurement channels and government purchasing frameworks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with professionalism in regulated sales environments.
- Ability to manage full sales cycle and build consensus among stakeholders.
