What you will do
- Consultatively solution-sell hirify.global services, mapping business challenges to technology solutions.
- Close net new business with large enterprise accounts.
- Drive incremental revenue within named accounts through new use cases, adoption growth, and cross-selling.
- Manage lead generation, qualification, and opportunity lifecycle to contract closure.
- Collaborate with SDRs, Customer Success, Solution Engineering, and Global Carrier Business Development teams.
- Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts and manage a robust pipeline.
Requirements
- 5+ years of demonstrated Enterprise sales experience with a proven track record of consistently exceeding annual team quotas.
- Understanding and/or experience in information security, SaaS models, identity and authentication, and B2B2C sales.
- Experience selling into the financial services industry, including Banking, Fintech, Payment, and Lending companies.
- Experience navigating complex sales cycles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent.
