TL;DR

Sales Development Representative Team Leader (SaaS): Leading and growing the EMEA SDR organization, driving revenue goals by strategizing with regional sales leaders and ensuring consistent process execution. Focus on hiring, training, mentoring, and coaching a high-performing SDR team to exceed quotas in the Network & Security SaaS space.

Location: Regular on-site attendance at our Tel-Aviv office.

What you will do

  • Hire, train, and assimilate new SDR team members.
  • Collaborate with regional sales leaders to strategize, build pipeline, and achieve territory goals.
  • Ensure consistent execution and continuous improvement of sales processes.
  • Monitor and manage team KPIs, track metrics, and generate reports.
  • Motivate, coach, and develop your team on sales skills, product knowledge, and market dynamics.
  • Achieve or exceed daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly team goals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience managing an SDR team.
  • 5+ years of successful Enterprise B2B SDR experience, with a strong understanding of prospecting, discovery, and pipeline building.
  • Has successfully sold into IT departments or has Networking/Security SaaS sales experience.
  • Experience building and/or scaling an SDR team to support field sales goals.
  • SaaS/Cloud based solutions experience.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Regular on-site attendance at our Tel-Aviv office is required.
  • BA/BS Degree or equivalent higher education.

Nice to have

  • SD-WAN, Network knowledge preferred.
